What You Will Be Doing As Management Trainee – Business Support

  • Learning the business operations: As a trainee, you will receive training and gain exposure to different aspects of the business. This may involve understanding the company’s products or services, its organizational structure, and the various departments and functions that support its operations.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations: You may be involved in providing assistance and support to different teams within the organization. This can include tasks such as data analysis, report generation, documentation, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and handling administrative duties.
  • Project support: You may have the opportunity to work on specific projects under the guidance of senior managers or project leaders. This could involve conducting research, analyzing data, preparing project plans, and contributing to project deliverables.

What You Will Be Doing As Specialist, Credit and Collections

  • To ensure timely payments, send pre-due and past-due dunning/follow-up emails to customers before and after the due date.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls if their account is overdue.
  • Contact customers for payment advice to clear unapplied credit clearing from books.
  • Organize Accounts Receivable review call with Branch and Regional Managers and provide collection plans to Head Office at the beginning of each month

What You Will Be Doing As Associate Specialist, Logistics

  • Maintain the record of all types of eway bill, receiving and invoices documents using for sales.
  • Solving all types of customer complaints related to handling & packaging of material and transportation.
  • Taking care periodically maintenance of vehicles, trolleys & plastic bins etc.
  • Transporters bills clearing.
  • Arrange empty bins/trolleys/packing material for avoid the production loses.
  • Follow up with BOP team for avoid the shortage of BOP parts.
  • Ensuring proper inventory level at various stages.
  • Taking physical inventory at the end of every month and reconciling the data from stores.
