  • Customer support to international customers over call for voice process
  • Administering and helping to manage client’s product support for the customers who call/ chat or email

  • make outbound calls when necessary as part of content moderation
  • Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
  • Act on process changes, updates and handle the same with proper research
  • Adhere to process quality standards and strive to exceed quality targets
