Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2023 – 

For research intern post, candidates will be working from home and office as it has hybrid work style and office location will be across India, for chat/ email support/ webchat, international voice agent posts, job location for candidates will be Mumbai and for customer service agent post, the job location for candidates will be Pune.

Responsibilities of Chat/Email Support/ WebChat
 – 
  • Respond to emails and chats
  • Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
  • Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue
  • Analyze, isolate and diagnose technical trouble
  • Providing existing trouble ticket status to customers
  • Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities for International; Voice Agent/ Customer Service Agent – 

  • Make calls to end users to clarify the following queries in order journey like cancellation, appointment booking, permission to work, address clarification etc
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to end users and explaining the possible solutions and ensuring that end user feels supported and valued
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming information and diffusing angry clients as needed
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed SLA metrics with consistent customer services.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay –  For chat/email support/ webchat, research intern posts, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 – 29,160 and for international voice agent, customer service agent posts, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Age Limit – For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by TCS.
