What You Will Be Doing As Customer Development Executive
Deploy sales activity plans with key operators using the company available sales tools
Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitoring their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.
Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories
Ensure appropriate/frequent contact with key stake holders with each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix
Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business
Skills Required for Customer Development Executive
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to develop win-win solutions
- Food & culinary passion is a plus.
