What you will be doing as Trainee – L&D, HR?

  • Data Handling, Data Analyzing & Organizing
  • Create Monthly MIS for L&PD function. Preparation of Training Data Report
  • Timely recording of employee wise training man-hours
  • Compilation of training feedback post training
  • Record attendance of Training Programs
  • Record Training Effectiveness or Pre-Post Assessment as applicable
  • Co-ordinate with participants for Classroom Training. Includes ensuring travel and lodging accommodations.

Skills Required for Trainee – L&D, HR

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, facilitate training sessions, and interact with employees at all levels.
  • Learning and Training Delivery: Understanding the principles of adult learning and instructional design, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions or workshops.
  • Organization and Planning: Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate training programs, manage training materials, and track progress and completion.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with employees, trainers, and stakeholders to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzing training needs, identifying gaps, and designing appropriate learning solutions to address organizational and employee development requirements.
